The president of Marvel Studios is working for Disney on a new production from the Star Wars universe.
Disney takes advantage of its rights to some of the world’s largest franchises and engages the head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, in a new production from the Star Wars universe . Feige is a Star Wars fan and he came up with the idea of making another movie during a meeting with Disney Studios boss Alan Horn and Lucasfilm CEO Kathleen Kennedy. He has worked on The Last Jedi and Han Solo: A Star Wars Story and was one of the executive producers of Game of Thrones. Work on the film has not started yet, but can be expected after the premiere of Star Wars: Skywalker. Revival.
Alan Horn spoke about his collaboration with Feige and Kennedy in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
We are excited about the projects Kathy [Kennedy] and the Lucasfilm team are working on, not only for Star Wars but also for Indiana Jones. With the conclusion of the Skywalker Saga, Kathy will usher in Star Wars into a new era, and knowing what a die-hard fan Kevin [Feige] is, there’s no question that these two extraordinary producers should work together.
There has also been speculation about Feige taking a prominent position at Lucasfilm. However, it seems that the producer only wants to tell a new story from the universe he loves. We’ll probably wait for more information given the winter release of Episode IX . The last film from the saga will debut in Polish cinemas on December 19.
