What will Dune: The Sisterhood be about ?

Prequel Dune: The Sisterhood has previously been described as told through the eyes of a mysterious order of women known as the Bene Gesserit. Gifted with extraordinary abilities thanks to the mastery of the body and mind, the Bene Gesserit expertly break through the feudal politics and intrigues of the Empire, carrying out their own plans that will eventually lead them to the mysterious planet Arrakis, called Dune by its inhabitants .

It is a very rich world to immerse yourself in and I think it is mature enough and full of possibilities to tell a story in every aspect.

Spaihts said earlier in an interview with The Playlist .
