The girl only has 24 hours before the change becomes permanent and she will be imprisoned forever. The problem is that now she looks like a powerful psychopath who hunts humans, while The Butcher (played by Vince Vaughn) looks like her and discovers that having a teenage female body can be quite a cover for his murderous passion.
