This hem is all smeared with blood. No wonder, this trailer is dark. Crunchyroll advertises the new production with the slogan “When the gods thirst for the blood of mortals, a child shaped by loss must save humanity.” The creator of the project is Sofia Alexander, who also voices Nella, K’I’K and Meque.
Overall, this is the story of a young Aztec named Izuma,
who was saved from death by the gods and was chosen as “the representative of mankind.” He is forced to abandon his apathy towards his companions and prove the potential of humanity on a journey that will take him through ancient Mesoamerica.
