The Umbrella Academy is a series based on a comic by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá. The adaptation is a huge hit on the Netflix platform.
According to Production Weekly and What’s On Netflix, work on the series The Umbrella Academy is expected to start in February 2021, and the end is to be in August of the same year. Unfortunately, the platform has not confirmed the information. Everything is subject to change due to the prevailing pandemic.
Season 3 is unlikely to debut next year due to post-production, which is known to take a long time. Work on the second season began in November 2019, and it appeared on the platform only on July 21, 2020.
The next season, as well as the previous ones, will be filmed in Toronto.
