The sequel consists of 6 episodes and is part 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe phase. Tom Hiddleston will reprise his role as the titular character. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson and Sophia Di Martino will also return. The series is directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Filming for season 2 wrapped in October.
What connects Ahsoka with The Mandalorian ?
In fact, season 2 of the Star Wars adventures was the starting point for the creation of Ahsoka . Rosario Dawson will play the titular Padawan of Anakin Skywalker introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars . The action takes place before the era of The Force Awakens, and after Return of the Jedi. The creators of the series are Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. Sabine Wren and Ezra Bridger will also appear on the screen.
