Unforgettable Avatar in cinemas again
The story of a war veteran (Sam Worthington) who ends up on the planet Pandora inhabited by a highly developed race of humanoid Aliens seems only an excuse to show the visually stunning scenery of a distant planet. The action, in which the protagonist initially finds peace, and then is forced to engage in a conflict between two civilizations, takes place in such a realistically created fantastic scenery that one remembers it first and foremost. The 2009 film was a huge success and created new stars, including Zoe Saldana. Before the premiere of the second part, scheduled for December, it is worth seeing the first Avatar in the best rooms and advanced technologies .
Johnny, the film by Daniel Jaroszek, awarded in several categories with Golden Lions, touchingly presents the phenomenon of Father Jan Kaczkowski, who looked after the dying in a hospice. Based on real events, the story was told from the perspective of Jan Kaczkowski’s charge, Patryk Galewski – a boy who had a difficult start in life. After a break-in by a court sentence, Patryk is sent to social work in the hospice in Puck, where he meets Fr. Jan Kaczkowski. The clergyman engages young boys from the vocational school, seemingly tough rebels, in helping the terminally ill. In his work, he focuses on closeness, tenderness and the fight for relationships with other people. It teaches empathy. And he does it with a wholesale amount of humor, which is gaining immense popularity. Soon after, Jan becomes a patient of his hospice himself. Patryk is put in a situation that will change his whole life. Great roles were created by actors – Dawid Ogrodnik, Piotr Trojan (Golden Lions for the best leading male role), Magdalena Czerwińska and Anna Dymna.
Thriller Do not worry, sweetheart will attract to the cinemas not only fans of the star of the music scene, Harry Styles, but also viewers who like the atmosphere of anxiety and mystery that emerges from a seemingly perfect and peaceful reality. In the film, directed by Olivia Wilde, we will see Florence Pugh and Chris Pine in addition to Styles. Another premiere title of the weekend will be the horror film Orphan. The birth of evil. What happens when an extremely dangerous and ruthless patient escapes from the insane asylum, who additionally has the appearance of an innocent child? The heroine, a psychopathic killer, gets to America and pretends to be the missing daughter of a wealthy family. Only one person is not fooled, and a dangerous game begins in which life is at stake. The film features Isabelle Fuhrman and Julia Stiles, among others.
