The new Sailor Moon movie already has a release date. The full-length “Sailor Moon Eternal” will be a continuation of the series “Sailor Moon Crystal”.
After the third season of Sailor Moon Crystal, which ended in 2016, we expected a sequel in the form of another season, instead we will get two full-length movies directed by Chiaki Kon. The first is Sailor Moon Eternal (full title Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal The Movie ) based on the original manga by Sailor Moon author Naoko Takeuchi and a script by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu.
In the film we will hear the voices of the stars from the series:
- Kotono Mitsuishi as Usagi Tsukino / Sailor Moon,
- Misato Fukuen jako Chibi-Usa / Sailor Chibi Moon,
- Rina Satô as Rei Hino / Sailor Mars,
- Hisako Kanemoto as Ami Mizuno / Sorceress of Mercury,
- Ami Koshimizu as Makoto Kino / Czarodziejka z Jupitera,
- Shizuka Itô Shizuka Itô as Minako Aino / Sailor Venus.
Sailor Moon Eternal will be produced by Toei Animation and Studio DEEN.
