Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics shared the release date of the latest Marvel’s Avengers expansion pack , Black Panther, with players on Thursday . The title will be released on August 17 and will be part of the free update.
This, in turn, is to be available to all game owners, regardless of the platform used. This could certainly interest more than one Marvel fan, as one of the add-ons’ perks is a new hero: Black Panther. Along with it, the title will also be enriched with additional content.
The expansion date was announced just over a month after we first saw it in all its glory at the E3 presentation. But the Panther isn’t the only character we’ll see in Marvel’s Avengers in the second half of August. The game will also feature two more villains and more types of enemies. The number of missions in the danger zone will also increase, but not only. Taking this into account, it seems that War for Wakanda – as this is the subtitle of the production, will be the biggest update that Marvel’s computer heroes will receive.
Whether Marvel fans will be satisfied with the expansion, remains to be seen. However, the smile on their faces will certainly bring back memories of the star-studded voice cast of the upcoming expansion pack. A few weeks ago, the creators of the game confirmed that Black Panther will speak with the voice of Christopher Judge, known to fantasy fans as Kratos from the God of War series . Steve Blumm as Ulysses Klaue, Debra Wilson as Okoye and Dave Fennoy as Zawavi will also appear in the cast.
The addition of Marvel’s The Avengers: Black Panther is no longer available on August 17 on all platforms as a free upgrade.
