Many fans of the first part of Dune are waiting for the continuation with bated breath – a lot of threads known from Frank Herbert’s novel have been omitted in favor of the main story line, and it seems that they will be dealt with in the second part: Dune: part two, announced for the end of 2023 .
From the trailer, we can conclude that we will see a space-desert war movie with the destruction of the planet in the background. It will, of course, be a continuation of the first part, which, although it was a shaky investment, earned huge money from which the stars of the second part will be paid. Half the crew had Oscar nominations: Timothée Chalamet, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler. There are also Oscar-winning actors – Christopher Walken and Javier Bardem will also play in the new Dune .
You can see with the naked eye that this is a great investment. Even the music is composed by Oscar holder Hans Zimmer and fragments of it can be heard in the trailer. The film directed by Denis Villeneuv will be seen in November, and it can be described in his words – it will be an epic war action film , which, however, will be strongly based on the relationship of the main characters.
