Another live-action film is coming to the cinemas, based on the iconic Disney animation. We will probably also be able to watch Lilo & Stitch in an acting version on the Disney + platform.
Chris Kekaniokalani Bright is reportedly in talks to write the script. The project will be produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich and executive produced by Ryan Halprin.

The live-action film Lilo & Stitch was announced in 2018. Fans are curious how a unique story about a girl who lives in Hawaii and looks like a strange Stitch dog can be adapted to a live-action context. There has previously been speculation that Jon M. Chu, whose work includes In the Heights and Crazy Rich Asians , is to do an actor’s version of the animation.
