On October 6, we will have the premiere of a new anime titled Undead Unluck ! We will be able to follow the hit story of Fuuko and Andy on the Hulu streaming service.
It’s high time for another big shonen anime series! If you didn’t know, the Undead Unluck anime will premiere in October ! Now, a brand new trailer for the series has been released, giving us the best look at David Production yet.
As you can see above, the Undead Unluck trailer brings our main characters together in the most unlikely way. We meet Fuuko when the heroine is struggling with her own misfortune. When her life reaches the bottom, the girl decides to leave everything, but she is caught in the arms of Andy, who changes her life.
After all, Andy has similar power to Fuuko, but it doesn’t endow him with misfortune. This muscular man is unable to die. Andy is determined that Fuuko will put him in such an unlucky situation that he will eventually be killed, but his plans will be revealed soon. Eventually, the pair learn that a secret organization is on their tail, so Fuuko and Andy must team up to discover the secret of their pathetic gifts.
What is Undead Unluck ?
If you’re not familiar with Undead Unluck , the series debuted on Shonen Jump in January 2020 under the direction of creator Yoshifumi Tozuka. The adventure comedy continues to unfold new chapters and is considered a bombastic hit among fans. Now David Production and TMS Entertainment are joining forces to tackle Undead Unluck on screen. The series will air exclusively on Hulu starting October 6.

All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shojo manga. Unfortunately, her bad luck prevents this. But when Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy sweeps her off her feet – literally! However, when the pair discover that a secret organization is after them, they put plans for Andy’s imminent burial on hold.
