In Aliens: Dark Descent, players fight in real time against iconic xenomorphs and brand new threats. Use your tactical skills to recruit, level up and lead your Colonial Marines as one unit with intuitive keyboard, mouse and controller controls. Players will need to use their wits to navigate the vast and challenging levels as death is permanent.

The nightmare begins when Otago’s spaceship crashes on the planet Lethe after the xenomorph escaped confinement and caused the activation of the Cerberus Protocol – a planetary lockdown preventing all ships from leaving or landing on the planet. Over the course of the campaign, players will face many iconic Xenomorphs such as Face Catchers, Praetorians, Alien Queens and more as they also encounter dangerous Commandos and brand new threats along the way. The plot of the game is driven by memorable characters, in particular Maeko Hayes – deputy administrator at Lethe’s Pioneer station, Jonas Harper – US Colonial Marines sergeant and Barbara Pryce – director of the Weyland-Yutani colony.
