Despite the restrictions and the still postponed deadlines, shooting for the movie about the batman is still in progress. Jayme Lawson, the cast, talks about her experience on set.
The newest Batman will be a reboot of a well-known story. The action begins almost at the very beginning of the superhero’s fight for peace in Gotham.
Robert Pattinson stars as the young Bruce Wayne / Batman, with Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Barry Keoghan, Andy Serkis. Colin Farrell will be a Penguin (though we don’t know how that is possible).
Jayme Lawson, a young actress straight out of school got the role of Bella Reál. Her first and last name can be translated as “true beauty”. She is a grassroots candidate wishing to become the mayor of Gotham City. Hmm … she seems a little too young and unreliable for a mayor, but it has been known for a long time that in America the road from zero to millionaire can be reached in no time.
Jayme has just given an interview. In it, she states that she is very nervous about playing with the likes of Pattison and Kravitz, so she only plays confident. Getting a role in such a film at the very beginning of your career is a one in a million chance.
I was shocked because I could have sworn they chose someone else. It took so long. I only went [to the casting] to impress Cindy [Tolan – casting director].
I am surrounded by a lot of great talent and I just have to pretend it. So I’ll be as nervous as I can get but I can’t let it show and it took a while before I realized what was really going on. It wasn’t until I actually showed up on the first day that I thought, “Oh, wow. This is it. This is big. ” But my mom was screaming for me when I told her. She just got mad.
It is not known why the parent was angry, she probably wanted her daughter to become a doctor or a lawyer, as is the mother …
Jayme believes that pretending to be confident is also related to the character of the character she plays. Bella Reál stands in front of the big fish and has to play tough. She’s not sure she can handle them. Will she have any romantic relationship with Batman? And what could Catwoman say? What do you think?
