Nightow and the Orange Studio (known from the Beastars adaptation) have spent five years polishing their project, so they want the audience to be delighted.
If you want to know more about the Trigun series, here’s a synopsis:
Vash the Stampede is a wanted man who has a habit of turning cities into rubble. His head is worth a fortune, and the path of destruction he used to travel leads through the barren wastes of a desert planet. Unfortunately, most encounters with a gunman do not end well for bounty hunters; someone always gets hurt – and it’s never Vash. Strangely enough, for such an infamous outlaw, there is no evidence that he has ever taken away someone’s life. In fact, Vash is a goofy pacifist, obsessed with donuts. He is more than just an ordinary criminal.
