As was the custom, Netflix released a trailer with the release date before the next batch of episodes of Shaman King was released. 3rd part of the anime is coming soon.
With a short trailer, Netflix announces the premiere of the next episodes of the 2001 reboot of the Shaman King anime . Last year’s version will cover all 35 volumes of the manga by Hiroyuki Takei. The events of the third and fourth installments of the new production include material not previously shown.
The anime, directed by Joji Furut, premiered in Japan on April 1. After being bought by Netflix, it was published on the platform in parts. Episodes through 13 came in August, from 14 to 25 in December. Given that 52 anime episodes have been scheduled, it seems likely that there will be episodes 38 or 39. Importantly for fans, on the same day as the next episode of King of the Shamans will be released in Japan, episode 39 will be released. So Netflix subscribers will stay up to date on the anime.
As announced, new episodes will appear on January 13.
