The world of supernatural powers clashes with the character of the famous detective with a pipe in his mouth in the latest series The Irregulars . The February 22 teaser announced the horror and a new definition of fear, while the latest trailer (which can be seen below) shows a first look at the actual action of the production. It promises to be a story about a group of teenagers living on the street, modeled on the Baker Street Irregulars group, who originally helped Holmes with investigations from time to time. This time it turns out that the detective takes advantage of these young people and takes their credit for them. The importance of the threat has also changed – usually the stories focused on solving criminal riddles, now the fate of the whole world is at stake. Everything is set in Victorian London:
The cast includes Thaddea Graham as Bea, the group’s leader, Darci Shaw as her little sister Jessie, Jojo Macari as Billy, McKell David as Spike, Harrison Osterfield as Leopold, and Henry Lloyd-Hughes as Sherlock Holmes and Royce Pierreson as doctor. Watson. Joss Agnew, Johnny Allan and Weronika Tofilska are responsible for directing. The originator and main screenwriter is Tom Bidwell, who spoke about the production as follows:
Sherlock Holmes had a group of street kids helping him with his hints, and our show will focus on what if Sherlock were a drug addicted criminal taking the laurels for the work of these kids
The official description of The Irregulars shows the fate of the group that was manipulated to help the sinister Dr. Watson and his mysterious partner, the elusive Sherlock Holmes. As crime takes on a terrifying supernatural dimension, the fate of the world will depend on these teenagers. The series was produced by Drama Republic and will be available on the Netflix platform from March 26.
