New Superman, or Man of Steel
Although the story of Superman has been told for decades, it still has more and more secrets. One of them is the discovery of the identity of the villain who caused the destruction of the homeworld of Kal-Ela, which we learn from the album Man of Steel . The comic is the beginning of two series about the newcomer from Krypton – Superman and Action Comics written by the American screenwriter Brian Michael Bendis , known, among others, for creating Spider-Man adventures for Marvel. Bendis, a multiple winner of the Eisner Prize, can show not only the cosmic dimension of Superman’s history, but also his everyday life and struggles with spy organizations, which we can follow in the Superman: Action Comics series.. The cosmic dimension of Superman’s mythology is depicted in the regular Superman series , which proves that DC’s most important hero is not losing his original strength.
