Jerry chooses the best hotel in New York as his apartment on the eve of his “wedding of the century”. Thus, he forces the desperate wedding planner to hire Tom to get rid of the rodent. The real battle that occurs between the cat and the mouse, however, could ruin her career, the ceremony, and perhaps even the hotel itself. Soon, however, an even greater problem arises: a diabolically ambitious worker is plotting against all three.

Tom and Jerry are iconic characters created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, cartoonists and screenwriters responsible for such gems of animation as Scooby-Doo, where are you? , Between us cavemen or the Jetsons . The series, which was originally supposed to be about the dog-fox duo, is based on the eternal rivalry between the determined cat Tom and the exceptionally bright mouse Jerry.
“Tom and Jerry are eternal rivals, but like brothers and sisters, they are the most important people in life for each other. Though they would never admit it, for sure! ” – the producer jokes.
The first episode of Tom and Jerry’s adventures, entitled Eviction , was broadcast on February 10, 1940. In 1940–1958, Hanna-Barbera studio commissioned Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Warner Animation to produce one hundred and fourteen episodes of Tom and Jerry . Seven of them have been awarded an Oscar®. From the 1970s, Tom and Jerry appeared on the small screen, breaking records of popularity. With the development of animation techniques, the cartoons became more and more colorful and delightful.
For over eighty years, the playful duo has entertained audiences around the world and connects generations, attracting entire families to their TV sets. Time magazine hailed Tom and Jerry one of the best series of all time, and cult heroes accompany us not only on screens, because their images are still eagerly used by producers of toys, clothes, school supplies and computer games.
Tom and Jerry is the newest full-length story about the adventures of a cat and a mouse, whose adventures are still enjoyed by millions of children and adults around the world. The film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray ™ on September 15th.
