Lords of the Fallen is the upcoming sequel to the 2014 title. The publishers at CI Games actually decided to use the sequel as an opportunity to reboot the franchise.
After all these years, it looks like we can finally find out when the reboot is coming, and it may be a bit sooner than we thought. As with all leaks – fans of Lords of the Fallen are excited and can’t wait to get information from an official source.
The leak comes courtesy of ALumia_Italia on Twitter. They say Lords of the Fallen is coming on October 13, which makes sense when we recall the Epic State of Unreal presentation from a month ago. There, developer Hexworks gave fans a glimpse of what’s going on under the hood of the upcoming game . Of course, this footage was from the early area and was more of a technical showcase than pure gameplay, but it still showed a game that looked relatively well in development.
If Lords of the Fallen is as advanced as it looked at Unreal’s showcase, it’s highly likely that it could be ready for a release date trailer soon. With so many events kicking off this summer, Hexworks and CI Games have plenty of opportunity to officially launch Lords of the Fallen for 2023.
