There are more photos from the movie set of “Avatar 2”

For 10 years, “Avatar” held the first place in the ranking of the best-paid films. Thanks to information from behind the scenes, we can guess that James Cameron is planning to be in the forefront again.

You can risk saying that Avatar 2 is the most anticipated production of the 21st century. Since 2009, after the premiere of the first part, fans have been patiently waiting more than a decade for a sequel. The producer of the series, Jon Landau, once again shared with us pictures from the set, in which we see actors on horses, and even little children wearing motion capture suits with the note:

In Avatar sequels, we use performance capture for things big and small!

James Cameron (director) previously introduced the world to a young sci-fi cast, so the photos shouldn’t surprise you, but the image of toddlers in motion capture costumes is cute. Young actors Jamie Flatters, Britain Dalton and Trinity Bliss will play the roles of the children of Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana in the film. Other new cast members to appear in the sequels include Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Brendan Cowell, Michelle Yeoh, Jemaine Clement, Oona Chaplin, David Thewlis, Vin Diesel, and CJ Jones. Stephen Lang, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, Dileep Rao, CCH Pounder, Matt Gerald and Sigourney Weaver also return to Worthington and Saldana.

Landau in an interview with RNZ reveals what the plot of Avatar 2 will be about . In this part, fans will get a huge dose of an amazing underwater world.

This is the story of Sully’s family and what they do to keep the family together. Jake and Neytiri have a family in this film, they are forced to leave their home, they go out and explore different regions of Pandora, including spending a lot of time on the water, around the water, in the water.

The sequel to Avatar was delayed by Walt Disney Studios back in July, the main reasons being the prevailing pandemic and the large amount of advanced technology used in the film. At the moment, the premiere of Avatar 2 is planned for December 22, 2022, and the third part is planned for December 20, 2024.
