During the conversation, Carter confessed:
I spoke to a young man named Ryan Coogler who is going to bring The X-Files to life with a diverse cast.
It’s unknown what Chris Carter meant by reviving , but you can guess from the context that it will be a new take on The X-Files , rather than a sequel.
