“The Reckoning” pre-premiere during the horror marathon in Multikino!

On July 30, we invite all fans of decent frightening to Multikino for a night full of terror in the darkness of the cinema hall! Four films will be shown on the big screen, which will fill all the hearts of horror fans with joy (and horror!)!

The screening will feature Till Death with Megan Fox in the lead role, Night Vigil directed by Keith Thomas and BAFTA-nominated Saint Maud . The biggest attraction for viewers, however, will be the pre-premiere show of The Reckoning!

The description comes from the publisher

The year is 1665. In England, the great plague is taking its toll and people are panic and despair. Grace Haverstock is a young widow whose husband recently committed suicide. When the woman becomes interested in the landowner Pendelton, she quickly stifles his enthusiasm.

In revenge, Pendelton wrongly accuses her of witchcraft. Grace is thrown in prison for a crime she did not commit. A series of unimaginable tortures and brutal and logical “trials” await her. Tormented by humans and a haunting demon, Grace will do anything to clear herself of the charges.

The Reckoning is a powerful and terrifying story based on real events about a woman who becomes a victim of a witch hunt. It is a perfect combination of Rosemary’s Baby , Passion and Exorcist .

The Reckoning is the new film project of award-winning writer and director Neil Marshall, co-created with Charlotte Kirk. For Marshall, it is a return to horror, the genre that made him famous thanks to the already cult movie Dog Soldiers and The Descent, which was a huge success, both commercially and among critics. The Descent is considered to be one of the greatest horror films ever made. The Reckoning continues this trend.
