Another interesting animation has been released under the banner of DreamWorks. Five friends face many dangers (due to their profession), but also gain prestige - as a gang of the most wanted villains. Meet Mr Wolf and his team!
3…2…1!
The wicked and brilliant pickpocket Mr. Wolf, the burglar Mr. Snake, the lovable Mr. Piranha, the master of disguise Mr. Shark and the sharp-tongued hacker Miss Tarantula are the titular bad guys . It is not surprising that after numerous robberies they seem a bit … tired. So when a famous gang is captured, the heroes must do whatever it takes to avoid prison. Concluding a contract with the authorities and the promise of improvement (social rehabilitation?) are not all changes in the lives of animal heroes. An attempt to live an honest life soon turns out to be impossible – the team is unable to adapt and live honestly. Anthropomorphic heroes, inscribed in Etan Cohen’s script ( Men in Black 3 , Tropic Tropics , Madagascar 2 ,Bobby vs. the Limps ), are put to the test – they must find the path they want to follow before it’s too late.

Extraordinary
Animation Mr Wolf and company. Bad guys is an excellent and extremely exciting entertainment for children and their parents. Filmed on the basis of the best-selling book series by Australian writer Aaron Blabey, it may resemble other productions of the studio – Kung Fu Panda and The Kid Who Rules, but it should be assessed primarily as a separate proposal. Funny dialogues, consistent characters’ profiles, interesting motivations and a criminal intrigue (simple enough that even young viewers will be able to understand its nuances) are the undoubted advantages of the production. The creators surprise us with a mature approach – the recipient is treated with respect regardless of age, and not as an infantile viewer. Both we, adults, and our charges quickly “befriend” the characters from the animation, moreover, we really believe that their social rehabilitation makes sense. DreamWorks’ latest proposal is based on a slightly hackneyed theme of the fight between good and evil (although it may be surprising that the whole story begins with the bad guys …), but the educational message deserves recognition, especially since the creators scrupulously avoid obscenity or controversy. The animation is very colorful, outlined with a slightly sharper line, not as vivid as some of the proposals available in local cinemas. Visual impressions are complemented by music and special effects. To sum up, it is an excellent proposition for the youngest and I highly recommend having it in your own resources.Mr. Wilk and company does not get bored even when we watch it again and again.
