After the cinematic success of the blockbuster Godzilla and Kong: Skull Island , it's time for a new installment of the movie MonsterVerse. Godzilla II: King of the Monsters is now available on optical media.
Thanks to the Galapagos company, the film Godzilla II: King of the Monsters , which is a continuation of the reboot of the cult brand, from 2014 , had its Polish premiere on optical media . The production plot takes place five years after humanity learned about the existence of “Titans”, an ancient race of monsters that ruled the Earth before the appearance of humans. Paleobiologist Dr. Emma Russell (Vera Farmiga) and her daughter Madison (Millie Bobby Brown) are witnessing the birth of another of their representatives, the larvae named Mothra. Unfortunately, their work is brutally interrupted when the building where they worked is attacked by eco-terrorists led by Alan Jonah (Charles Dance). Emma and her daughter are kidnapped and Mothra is free.
Mark Russell (Kyle Chandler), Emma’s ex-husband and Madison’s father, begins a private action to rescue the kidnapped women. Together with employees of the cryptozoological agency Monarch – the ex-wife’s company – they set off to the Arctic, where they suspect Alan Jonah wants to launch another attack. They have to face a whole host of giant monsters here. Including the mighty Godzilla, who faces Mothra, Rhone and his most formidable enemy – the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species, long forgotten existence, arise again, the struggle for domination begins… and that puts the survival of all mankind at stake.
