Freddy Lupine is almost thirteen years old and heir to an illustrious bloodline of werewolves. Yes, yes, werewolves live among us! They look like humans during the day, but turn into wolves at night. It is on his thirteenth birthday that Freddy is to undergo a transformation for the first time and lead his pack. His father was once a leader too, but he fell to defend the weaker ones. A magical transformation does not happen as Freddy dreamed of it. Instead of taking the form of a powerful, awe-inspiring wolf, the boy turns into a cute white box with pink fringe. In this situation, instead of a leader, he becomes a laughingstock, and then a homeless dog chased by hunters of stray animals and a mad avenger. However, Freddy still has the heart of a wolf and is not going to give up. With the help of his new friend, Batty, and the whole four-legged street gang, Freddy Lupine will prove that even a small white poodle can be a 100% wolf, if only he has courage, brains and a circle of trusted friends.
