Both the producer and the publisher (Square Enix) assure that this is not a joke, but a serious announcement. The new SF shooter will debut on the market in less than three months, although it was initially supposed to be available in summer 2020.

In the official announcement, you can read about the chance to complete the first few hours in different modes and seamlessly link your progress to your own profile by purchasing full access.
It will be possible to play on various devices, incl. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X or desktop computers. The creators want to be sure that users will be satisfied with their product, which is to be pampered in the coming weeks. Is this decision dictated by the not very successful premiere of Cyberpunk 2077 ?
