The first season of the series "NOS4A2" will have its premiere on the AMC Polska channel next Thursday (January 9). In turn, the second season will debut in June this year, shortly after the broadcast in the US.
NOS4A2 is an adaptation of Joe Hill’s best-selling novel from 2013 of the same title. The series focuses on Vic McQueen, played by Ashleigh Cummings ( Goldfinch ), a gifted girl who discovers a supernatural ability to find lost things. This gift puts it in the way of the immortal Charlie Manx, played by Emmy nominee Zachary Quinto ( Star Trek , American Horror Story). Manx has supernatural powers that allow him to feed on the souls of children to maintain eternal youth. What is left of them, he takes to Christmasland – a bizarre creation of his imagination. It’s Christmas every day here, and being sad is against the rules. Vic tries to defeat Manx and save his victims, but must be careful herself not to fall into madness and become one of them.

Executive producers of NOS4A2 are showrunner Jami O’Brien ( Fear the Walking Dead , Hell on Wheels ), Lauren Corrao, CEO of Tornante Television, and Joe Hill. In addition to Quinto and Cummings, the series stars Ólafur Darri Ólafsson ( Lady Dynamite ) as Bing Partridge, Virginia Kull ( The Looming Tower ) as Linda McQueen, Ebon Moss-Bachrach ( The Punisher ) as Chris McQueen and Jahkara Smith (aka Sailor J) as Maggie Leigh. The series was produced by AMC Studios in collaboration with Tornante Television.
