On September 11, Cartoon Network will broadcast the third special episode of the series “Adventure Time: Distant Lands”. This time, fans of the world-beloved series will be on a journey to the afterlife, meeting Jake’s parents and other adventures. The premiere is on Saturday at 8:50.
The first two episodes of the special Adventure Time: Distant Lands mini-series were a condensed version of the best of many previous seasons of the cult cartoon. Crazy adventures, unexpected transformations of heroes, old legends and new spells – fell to BMO, Marcelina and the Balloon Princess. These characters were the main characters and protagonists of the first two episodes of the mini-series: BMO and Obsidian .
In the third episode, Together Again , the main characters, the boy Finn and the shapeshifting dog Jake, take the helm. It might seem that they are inseparable. They always face the crazy adventures that the creator of the cartoon, Pendleton Ward, gives them together. They already know all corners of the Land of Ooo, but this time they will find that bravado can result in a life lesson. Jake will go missing and Finn will have to travel all the way to the underworld to find his friend. Jake’s parents, Lis, the Evil King and others will appear on his way.
