Craig McCracken, creator of both productions for Cartoon Network, is also involved in the project. Everything is supervised by Sarah Fell from Original Kids and Family Animation and HBSE.

Sam Register, president of Cartoon Network Studios, Warner Bros. Animation and HBSE officially announced these good news:

Along with his [Craig McCracken – ed. ed.] with an unprecedented sense of humor and imagination, two of his best works return: “The Powerpuff Girls” and “The House for Mrs. Foster’s Wise Friends”. We are very excited about these characters as they will be part of the new legacy that is just being shaped in the studio.

According to official information, The Powerpuff Girls will return to the universe already known to Cartoon Network fans since 1998. Brawurka, Bajka and Bójka will face enemies from the past, but also opponents completely unknown to them.

Reboot of Mrs. Foster’s House for Thinking Friends will be different from the original. There will be completely new main characters in it – the title Mythought Friends will be in preschool, but according to the official statement, they will be just as funny and goofy as the heroes of the first version.
