The power of film emotions in Cinema City!

On Friday, June 18, Cinema City will present as many as seven film premieres – excellent animations, Polish productions, an action film with Angelina Jolie, a crime thriller with Denzel Washington, as well as an emotional, Oscar-winning drama by Korean filmmakers. Additionally, on this day, especially for Unlimited cardholders, there will be a pre-premiere screening of the touching drama with Colin Firth –  Supernova .

 

 

There is also a pre-sale of tickets for the movie Fast and Furious 9,  which only Cinema City will be able to see in the 4DX format, which, using additionally movable seats and environmental effects, allows you to immerse yourself in the film world and in IMAX rooms, guaranteeing an additional experience thanks to a giant screen.

What else is waiting for viewers in the coming days?

For starters, something for the youngest cinema lovers – on Friday , Luca , the latest work of Disney / Pixar studio, will have its premiere , about two boys who lead an adventurous life in a seaside town, hide a secret, the disclosure of which may interrupt their joyful fun. To the land of children’s emotions and unrestrained fun, the viewers will also be transported by Piotruś Królik 2: On a Giant , the next part of the adventures of a rabbit – a rascal, who ultimately, after many adventures, will have to decide what kind of bunny he wants to be. The film will also be available in the 4DX format, which will certainly allow you to feel the emotions even more.

The new repertoire also offers fans of more serious cinema. Minari , an Oscar-winning film also awarded with the Golden Globe, will delight lovers of the cinema of great emotions. It shows the adventures of a family that changes their lives by moving from California to Arkansas and starts all over again. Unexpectedly, they are joined by a rogue grandmother from Korea, who teaches them to create a new bond with America, while nurturing their own tradition. Those Who Wish Me Death is the latest film with Angelina Jolie as a firewoman, unable to come to terms with the events of the past, who meets a 12-year-old boy after a difficult experience and becomes his last resort. Little things, a thriller in which Denzel Washington as deputy sheriff is given a seemingly simple task that unexpectedly turns into a search for a serial killer. Both the movie with Angelina Jolie and the one with Denzel Washington will be an opportunity for lovers of Hollywood’s big names.

Cinema City’s repertoire will also expand this weekend with two Polish productions – one of the most important works at last year’s film festival in Gdynia and the drama Sweat, which is included in the Cannes festival selection, with the excellent Magdalena Koleśnik in the lead role, telling about the virtual and real life of an online celebrity , and the crime comedy W jak murder, in which a crime shakes a quiet village, and a housewife and an addicted reader of crime novels (played by Anna Smołowik) are involved in the police investigation. The cast also includes Piotr Adamczyk and Rafał Królikowski.
