Warner Bros. Discovery has finally released the trailer for The Nun 2 online. The trailer came just two months before the September release of the horror movie.
In The Nun 2, Taissa Farmiga returns as Sister Irene. A nun who tries to drive the demon Valak back to the depths of hell. The director of the film is known for The Conjuring 3: On Devil’s Order, Michael Chaves. It is worth noting that this will be the third appearance of Valak (Bonnie Aarons) on the screen – after The Conjuring 2 and The Nun .
As for Irene’s sister, Chaves says she goes into hiding early in the film.

Maurice has made his way to France and works there as a handyman in a boarding school. He’s friends and flirts with one of the teachers there, and you can see him starting to mature, and that’s where we start getting to know our characters. But we know from the first movie that there’s something terrible about him, that Valak is stuck with him, and events pull Irene back on a collision course with an old friend.
