In the live-action film, Emily (Darby Camp) will have trouble finding herself both at school and at home. This task will be facilitated by a red puppy she finds, who will become her best friend. What the girl doesn’t know from the start is Clifford’s soaring pace. It will turn a small puppy into a huge dog. This sudden change will attract the interest of the genetics company, and it will force Emily, her uncle Casey (Jack Whitehall), and Clifford to flee.
