The Matrix Awakens is a tech demo designed to showcase Unreal Engine 5 in all its glory. Console owners are to show a picture that fully uses all the technological resources of the equipment. A demo created by the creators of the original film, including director Lana Wachowski and Epic Games, was presented and made available to interested players during The Game Awards 2021.
The Matrix Awakens was created with the cast members of The Matrix of Resurrection . It presents the characters of Keanu Reeves and Carrie Anne-Moss, who are not much different from people of flesh and blood. The demo is diverse, spectacular explosions, car chases and shootings accompany exploring an extremely realistic city consisting of seven thousand buildings.
The Matrix of Resurrection will hit theaters and HBO Max on December 22. A production trailer was presented at the gala.
