In the third installment of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King , the time has come for Frodo to defeat the cunning Gollum, survive the terrifying attack of the giant spider Sheloby, and resist the Ring’s captivating power that brings destruction and doom. It is also the time of Aragorn, who must draw the sword of his ancestors and take the crown of his heritage. A time of a mighty battle that the wizard Gandalf called the greatest battle of our time.
Polish viewers of the first two parts of the trilogy had the opportunity to see IMAX in the first half of this anniversary year for The Lord of the Rings. The Trilogy marathon will also take place on October 7, including on IMAX screens. The end of the series in this technology was awaited due to the unique experience it offers. IMAX is a one-of-a-kind, full-scale cinematic experience. Unusual impressions are provided by the widescreen, huge screen and excellent, spatial sound, thanks to the speakers placed in carefully designated places: behind the screen, on the sides of the room and on the ceiling. IMAX screens in Poland are 24 meters wide and 18 meters high, which, combined with sound effects, offers a film experience that exceeds the limits of your imagination.
