The God of Mischief is preparing for another space-time bending adventure. Tom Hiddleston will play the role of Loki for the tenth time in the second season of his adventures. Fans last saw the impostor wandering around the Time Variation Authority in panic, while Sylvie had just murdered the One Who Remains, throwing the sacred timeline into inexplicable chaos. While some of Marvel Studios’ cards remain unrevealed, this moment essentially marked the beginning of the Multiverse saga, as the murder of He Who Remains opened the door for various variants of Kang the Conqueror to wreak havoc across infinite timelines. Complicated, but that’s why we love Marvel.
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe is currently in Phase 5, all roads are slowly beginning to lead to the long-awaited finale of this act, Avengers: Kang Dynasty . With Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror starring in Loki season two, many are expecting this new six-episode series to significantly expand upon the MCU’s great storyline.
The trailer for the second season of Loki contains new footage that shows us the character of Kang
If you think he’s bad, just wait until you see his latest installment.
The latest trailer for Loki’s second season features fresh footage of Jonathan Majors as Victor Timely, a variant of Kang the Conqueror who first debuted in the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania .
Timely once again presents the public with an early 20th century invention that seemingly goes out of control but leaves it completely intact.
And we go round and round
says Timely.
After this familiar scene and new dialogue, a new scene appears. Here, Timely holds the device up to the light in a warehouse.

Judging by the background and windows, this is the same warehouse where Gugu Mbatha-Raw’s Ravonna Renslayer is seen earlier in the trailer. This little detail is especially noteworthy since Renslayer and Kang are romantically linked in the comics.
Loki is rejoined by Mobius ( Owen Wilson ) as the two try to keep the timelines intact. Following the events of Season 1, in which his variant, Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino), killed the One Who Remained and unleashed the wrath of Kang the Conqueror on the Multiverse, Loki must adventure again to stop reality from collapsing. Loki was last seen in the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania , where he and Mobius were observing one of Kang’s mysterious variants. Season 2 will continue the story of the Multiverse Saga in the Marvel Cinematic Universe .
The second season of Loki will premiere on Disney+ on Friday, October 6.
