The film “Sailor Moon Eternal” received new promotional material, devoted to almost completely new transformations of the protagonists. The recording is available on Twitter.
More than twenty years after the last manga issues were released, Sailor Moon returns to screens in Japan. Sailor Moon Eternal are two films that were made as a sequel to the Sailor Moon Crystal series . Instead of the fourth anime series, Toei Animation and Studio DEEN have produced two feature films. The first, delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, was released on January 8. The second one, however, will debut in Japan tomorrow, and therefore a video has appeared showing the transformation of the Sailors of the Outer Solar System:
At the moment, there is no information regarding the distribution of films outside the Land of the Rising Sun. However, it is known that Naoko Takeuchi, the character creator of the Charmed Ones, was involved in the production of Sailor Moon Eternal as a creative director.
