The published material again indicates the unusual nature of the production. It will serve as both a sequel to the previous movie and a prequel showing the beginning of the invasion of killer monsters. You can check out the trailer below.
Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe will be re-seen in the film as members of the Abbot family struggling to survive. In the sequences showing the events before the action of the first film, we will also see John Krasinski, who is also the director of the picture. Among the new faces we will see in this production are, among others Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou.
The main action of The Quiet Place 2 takes place shortly after the events of the first movie. After monsters attacked the farm and killed her husband, Evelyn Abbott (Emily Blunt) sets out with her children on a journey to find a new home. As it turns out later, not only the blind creatures will be a threat during this trip.
The Polish premiere is scheduled for June 4th.
