“The Last of Us 3” – rumors about the start of work and the main role

There are rumors that filming for The Last of Us will begin later this year. Additionally, Ellie’s role as the main character is very likely.

The Last of Us Part 3 has been rumored to be in some development since the release of Part 2. These rumors only intensified this year with the success of HBO’s television adaptation of the series. Nothing concrete has been announced yet, but there’s a new rumor that developer Naughty Dog is set to begin filming motion capture later this year, with Ellie continuing to play the lead role. The inclusion of a girl in the cast is not too surprising given her importance to the series. However, the first guess could mean that the game is closer than you might think.

This leak comes from Twitter ViewerAnon, who has repeatedly stated that The Last of Us Part 3 is in the works. However, in a series of tweets about it, they first say that “Ellie is at least as important in Last of Us Part III as in Part II”. T Not very revealing. Ellie was one of the main characters in the first two games, and while she may have lost a few fingers by the end of Part 2, she’s far from dead. As long as he’s alive, it’s unlikely he won’t make at least some cameo in the next installment, although as ViewerAnon points out, history is set to change.

Where things get a little more interesting is later in the thread. There ViewerAnon says:

Big pictures are taking place this year.

It’s not entirely clear what that means, but another user asks if he’s talking about traffic capture.

However you define it, they spin cameras and record sound as well

Anon writes

Of course, all this should be taken with a grain of salt. While Naughty Dog may be working on The Last of Us Part 3, you can’t be sure until they announce something.

While it makes sense to start a new one now that it’s so hot after the HBO show, it’s foolish to anticipate when the team will actually start working on Part 3. For now, it’s best to watch the series or pick up one of the first two games on the PlayStation or PC platform.
