A psychopathic murderer with the appearance of a child will impersonate a missing girl and unleash all hell in the home of a wealthy family. True masters of horror, who had hits: Presence 2 , Presence 3: On the Devil’s Order or the series installment of the popular series Scream , worked on the script, which was full of suspense and guaranteed terror in the cinema . In the main roles we will see Julia Stiles – the star of the series Dexter and hit movies about Jason Bournie, son of the legendary Donald Sutherland – Rossif Sutherland and Isabelle Fuhrman – the title role in the 2009 Orphan .
Leena Klammer is the most dangerous patient in an Estonian insane asylum and the security services provide high-security care for her. On the surface, however, it makes an innocent impression, because her appearance is a little girl, despite her significantly higher age. Leena quickly organizes an extremely ingenious as well as a very bloody and brutal escape beyond the walls of the facility. The psychopathic killer manages to get to America, where she steals the identity of the missing daughter of one of the wealthy families there. Thanks to his deceptive resemblance to the girl he is looking for, he easily takes the name of Esther and sneaks into the favors of the hosts. However, not everyone is fooled. The real Esther’s mother knows that her real daughter did not enter the house, but a dangerous trickster and will want to protect her family at all costs.
