Star Wars is indeed many stories contained in one universe – long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away. This means that characters from one Star Wars story are free to jump to the other. A recent comment by Jon Favreau ( Clone Wars ) suggests that the upcoming Star Wars series: Skeleton Crew will infiltrate the Mandalorian .
We have dealt with crossovers within the world of Star Wars more than once , so in the case of the upcoming premieres, fans discuss possible guest appearances. Both the Skeleton Crew and the third season of The Mandalorian are expected to appear next year.
Have this young Amblin -like movie with young people who grew up in the world of Star Wars and face the adventure, those mannequins, costumes, visuals, a world that develops. Now that I am about to write the next season of The Mandalorian with all these new characters and locations and creatures … it’s a coherent group of stories that are told thanks to all the filmmakers who contribute.
Favreau told Entertainment Weekly about the Skeleton Crew .
Back in the beginning of the year, Favreau made a similar view about the interconnected nature of the franchise, and at the time, at least, suggested how different Star Wars designs might overlap with each other.
All of the shows we’ve been working on – Mandalorian, Ahsoka, Book of Boba Fett , and now Skeleton Crew – all exist within the same timeframe. They all happen after the Return of the Jedi . So 30 years passes between Episode VI and Episode VII , which is basically undiscovered, especially on screen.
