2023 will be full of interesting gaming premieres. These include game adaptations of the cult Lord of the Rings and RoboCop . Both games are to be presented in March during Nacon Connect.
Fans of RoboCop and Lord of the Rings have something to look forward to in March, as the games from both series will be officially presented during the Nacon Connect event. Nacon, the publisher who holds the rights to The Lord of the Rings: Gollum and RoboCop: Rogue City . Nacon Connect will take place on March 9. RoboCop: Rogue City was presented a year earlier.
The next Nacon Connect was announced on social media, and although Nacon did not reveal many details about the prepared games, the publisher referred to four titles that may be released. These include RoboCop , as well as the Gollum-centric spin-off The Lord of the Rings . There will also be two other titles that publishers Ad Infinitum and Ravenswatch are working on.
The event will start on March 9 at 10 p.m. Pacific time. Although we probably know 4 productions that will be released, let’s keep in mind that there may be even more.
Nacon’s RoboCop game was announced a year ago and will actually be released in 2023, although at the moment we do not know the exact date. Hopefully that will change with Nacon Connect. Last year, it was also confirmed that actor Peter Weller, known from the original films, will reprise his former role.
As for Gollum , it has already seen a lot of release delays. The last one was announced in 2022 which put the game on hold indefinitely. Later, it became known about a new release window – the first half of Nacon’s 2023-2024 fiscal year. Given that Nacon Connect is focusing on this year’s releases, let’s hope Gollum is released this year as well.
