The horror series directed by John Krasinski has gained considerable popularity. Now we know that the world depicted in the movies will be further developed in the form of a game.
We don’t have much information about the production yet. Even the official website of the game is quite enigmatic. Apart from the title and the release date – set for 2022 – there is basically nothing there. Only hints that the production will be a horror movie and will tell a completely new story than those known from the movies.
IGN published some information about the game that it got from its developers. The press release confirmed that the production was to recreate the atmosphere known from the films in the best possible way. In addition, we also know that a team from the Canadian studio iLLOGIKA is working on the title, and the publisher will be Saber Interactive.
In the films A Quiet Place, our planet is attacked and eventually taken over by alien monsters. Monsters have no eyes, but their sense of hearing is so sensitive that they can pick up even the softest murmur from a very long distance. The creatures are fast, strong, and virtually immune to most attacks. If the creators of the game actually stick to the climate of cinema productions, we can get one of the most interesting “stealth” of recent years.
