It was previously announced that the fourth season is also the show’s finale. There is a chance that a new anime will be created, the action of which will take place in the world of Castlevania – a spin-off of the series. And although this is where the story of our favorite heroes ends, the universe will continue to expand.
Epic series require epic endings, and this is what the Season 4 trailer confirms.
We can expect: fights, adventures, difficult choices, dramas, twists and a handful of intrigue in a spectacular edition.
The series is one of the original Netflix productions. It was created based on the Konami video game series. Writer Warren Ellis is responsible for its script. The production gained great popularity among viewers. The platform, encouraged by the success of Castlevania , more and more often decided to expand the anime offer in its catalog, as well as other game adaptations – such as Devil May Cry , Assassin’s Creed .
In the fourth season, the heroes will probably face Dracula again – someone is trying to resurrect him. We hear the words of Trevor Belmont:
We’ve defeated Dracula once, and now we have to spend the rest of our lives trying to stop anyone who tries to resurrect him.
Trevor, Sypha and Alucard will have to fight back both the armies of the vampire lord and the other factions. It seems that the forces of Carmilla and her sisters will probably not be as dangerous as those led by Isaac, who still supports Dracula after all. There are many parties to the conflict, the question is – will they all fight each other at the same time, or will new alliances be established.
The end of the trailer introduces a new character. We see Trevor Belmont fighting death – the Grim Reaper. In games, he was the right hand of Count Dracula. We are counting on another powerful opponent in the game.
The Castlevania final will be held on May 13.
