The fourth edition of ArteKino Festival is about to start!

The Arte platform has launched this year’s edition of an online review of fictional and documentary films. We will see all items for free until the end of December.

On December 1, the free, digital festival of European cinema started as part of the 4th edition of ArteKino Festival. On the website www.artekinofestival.com you can watch eight carefully selected feature and documentary films in Polish, shown at international film festivals, incl. Berlinale, Rotterdam, Toronto, San Sebastian and Thessaloniki. Films by young European directors and female directors will be available until December 31st.

Films as part of the 4th edition of ArteKino Festival are available free of charge in 45 European countries, in 10 language versions. Eight films can be watched in Poland, seven of which are directorial debuts.

The films tell about eight countries and eight cultures, confirming the extraordinary diversity of Europe – united and at the same time rich thanks to its differences. These films are a tribute to dialogue, meeting and mixing of societies across borders. Both feature and documentary productions describe the modern world and analyze our attitude to history

– says Olivier Père, Artistic Director of ArteKino Festival.
