The first trailer about the adventures of two Marvel archers has hit the network. In the material you can find a festive atmosphere, gangsters in sweatpants and a certain Polish accent.
According to the photos from the set that went to the network, several things were confirmed. The plot will strongly refer to comic books by Matt Fraction and David Aja. Among the elements taken from that series, we can find, for example, Lucky’s one-eyed dog or the Mafia Tracksuit criminal group. Among the villains, one can see a face well-known from Polish productions – Piotr Adamczyk.
The series will focus on the relationship between Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, and a young archer – Kate Bishop. The girl dreams of becoming a superhero just like her idol. During his adventures in New York, they must face Clint’s former enemies, whom he encountered while he was still Ronin. The two archers will try to survive, and Hawkeye will go home for Christmas.
Of course, the series will return Jeremy Renner in the title role, and Hailee Steinfeld will play the role of Kate Bishop. In addition to them, we will also see Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James and Alaqua Cox. Rhys Thomas and the duo of directors Amber Templemore-Finlayson and Katie Ellwood known as Bert and Bertie took the helm of the production. Hawkeye will debut on the Disney + platform on November 24.
