The first trailer for the animated film “The Amazing Cat Maurice” is here!

Maurice the Amazing Cat is the first animated feature film based on the works of the cult writer – Terry Pratchett, whose legendary Discworld series has sold over 70 million copies and is on the list of the hundred best-selling literary series in history. In the original language version of the animation, the characters were voiced by: Emilia Clark, Himesh Patel, David Tennant, Gemma Arterton, and the role of the titular tomcat was played by Hugh Laurie, i.e. none other than Doctor House, beloved in Poland.

Maurice the cat devises the perfect scam. Supported by a “silent partner”, he wanders from city to city, tricking people into the alleged “plague of rats”, which only the sound of a magic flute can overcome. The truth is, however, that rodents are Maurycy’s good friends, very clever and talkative, and the instrument is enchanted only by name. Since no one suspects fraud, business is going well and Maurice’s gang is getting rich quickly. The real challenge, however, lies ahead of the team. It all starts when a merry gang finds themselves in a town where someone else is trying to implement their own evil swindle. Will Maurycy and the company, supported by the mayor’s daughter Melissa, be able to discover who is behind all this and save the residents before it’s too late?

This cat is really good weed! Who else could fully reflect the character of this feisty cunning guy as well as Piotr Adamczyk. No one – we are 100% sure of that! You must see and hear in cinemas how one of the most loved by Poles actor plays the role of Maurycy the cat! The task will not be the easiest because he has to chase away Hugh Laurie, the iconic Doctor House, who in the original language version lends his voice to this sweet cat. Don’t be fooled by this charming smile, this ginger dude is not a ponytail purr, but a real king of scams who knows how to show his claws and always lands on his feet. Anyway, what are we going to tell you, see for yourself what he had to say about his demanding role Piotr Adamczyk :
