Marvel Studios has released a preview of a new series about Moon Girl and her companion, the giant Tyrannosaurus.
Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is the animated story of the thirteen-year-old genius Lunella Lafayette. After she accidentally brought the Devil’s Dinosaur to modern times, they will keep New York safe together.
The production is based on the comics Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur . The role of Lunella Lafayette will be taken by actress and singer Diamond White. As Moon Girl’s grandmother – Alfre Woodard, and Lunelli’s best friend and manager – Libe Barer, and her parents – Sasheer Zamata and Jermaine Fowler.
The series, aimed at younger audiences, is slated to be released as an original Disney Channel production next summer.
