Rebecca F. Kuang

She is the Nebula, Locus and World Fantasy Award nominated author of the novels “War of the Poppy” and “Republika Smoka”.

She graduated in Chinese Philology from the University of Cambridge, and currently continues her studies in Chinese language and culture at the University of Oxford. Apart from his own work, he also translates Chinese fantasy literature into English.

Her debut book, The Poppy War, was ranked by Time, Amazon, Goodreads and The Guardian as one of the best novels of 2018, and was honored with the Crawford Award and the Compton Crook Award
in the debut of the year category.
