The festival of comics and games is getting closer. See the program and attractions

32nd International Festival of Comics and Games in Łódź this weekend. Meetings with authors, competitions, exhibitions, publishers’ stands and other attractions await the participants. What exactly did the organizers prepare?

The main part of this year’s MFKiG will be held on October 1-3 in the Atlas Arena in Łódź. In the fair zone you will find over a hundred stands, and the program includes dozens of meetings and lectures on comics and games. There will also be an extensive autograph zone waiting for visitors.

Among the invited guests were: Grzegorz Rosiński, Marcin Podolec, Unka Odya, Berenika Kołomycka, Katarzyna Witerscheim and Michał Śledziński. The festival program also includes video meetings with foreign filmmakers, such as: Guy Delisle, Gipi, Denis-Pierre Filippi, Leo, Jon J. Muth, Aurélie Neyret, Lewis Trondheim.

In the games area, you will be able to take part in free play, mini-tournaments, quizzes and competitions, try out retro consoles, arcade machines and VR headsets, and see demonstration courses on introducing programming for children.

The games zone without electricity will offer board and card games tournaments, mini RPG sessions, painting workshops, presentations of game prototypes, meetings with designers, creators, publishers and developers of board games and the Games Room.

The competition exhibitions accompanying the festival will be on display until November 10 at EC1 and the House of Literature in Łódź. On the other hand, at the Polesie Art Center, you will be able to see an exhibition of works by Ernesto Gonzales devoted to Captain Bzyk.
